Privacy policy

This policy explains which personal data Freshmilk Sàrl processes, why, and what your rights are. It is based on the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Data controller
Freshmilk Sàrl, Boulevard des Tranchées, 1206 Geneva, Switzerland. For any question about your data: welcome@freshmilk.ch.
2. Data we collect
- Browsing data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, date and time of visit. Some of this data is recorded by our host for security reasons; the rest is only collected by our analytics and advertising tools if you consent.
- Contact form and emails: last name, first name, email address, phone number, company, budget range, message and how you heard about us.
- B2B prospecting: name, job title, company and professional contact details of business decision-makers, taken from public LinkedIn profiles.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Answering your requests and preparing a quote: pre-contractual measures and our legitimate interest.
- Measuring the audience of the site to improve it (Google Analytics 4): your consent.
- Measuring and targeting our advertising (Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag): your consent.
- B2B prospecting by email or LinkedIn: our legitimate interest in presenting our services to companies. You can object at any time, simply by replying to our message or writing to us.
- Security of the site and compliance with our legal obligations.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
Tools other than strictly necessary ones are only activated after your consent, which you can change at any time via (also in the footer).

5. Recipients and processors
Your data is never sold. It may be processed on our behalf by: Infomaniak Network SA (hosting, Switzerland), our email service provider, Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, YouTube), Meta Platforms Ireland and LinkedIn Ireland, only within the limits described above.
6. Transfers abroad
Some of these providers may process data in the European Union or the United States. Such transfers rely on an adequacy decision (in particular the Swiss-US and EU-US Data Privacy Frameworks for certified companies) or on standard contractual clauses.
7. Retention
- Requests and exchanges by email: as long as needed to handle them, then at most 3 years after our last contact, unless a contract follows.
- Prospecting data: until you object, and at most 3 years without any interaction.
- Analytics data: 14 months.
- Accounting documents: 10 years, as required by Swiss law.
8. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to welcome@freshmilk.ch. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, if you live in the EU, with your national supervisory authority.
9. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access and misuse, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access restricted to the people who need it.
10. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or the law. The current version is the one published on this page.
