Pensions, made clear
The Fondation de prévoyance Musiques-Arts (FPMA) provides pension cover for the eleven artistic training institutions accredited by the State of Geneva. In 2025, we redesigned its website to make it clearer, lighter and easier to use for every member.
The challenge
Occupational pensions are a technical subject: regulations, certificates, buy-ins, early withdrawals for a home. Members of the foundation, teachers, musicians, dancers and staff of the institutions, need to find the right information or document quickly, without being pension experts.
The previous website had grown dense over time. The foundation wanted a site that would breathe, reassure and lead each member straight to the answer they were looking for.
Our approach
We reorganised the content around members’ real needs: regulations, forms to download, practical information in the form of questions and answers, and the foundation’s news, each accessible from the home page.
The UX/UI design favours white space, legible typography and a clear hierarchy. The contact details of the foundation’s administration and of the members’ administrator are always within reach, and frequently asked questions come with direct answers.
A discreet artistic touch, drawn from the world of the institutions the foundation serves, gives the site a warmer personality than most pension funds.
What we delivered
A redesigned website, lighter and simpler, where members find regulations, forms and answers in a few clicks.
An interface the foundation can update itself, to publish its communications and keep documents up to date.
