Crédit Agricole, next bank Switzerland
The bank that adapts to your needs
When banking expertise meets local humour, you get a campaign that breaks the rules to talk about the future.
The challenge
Crédit Agricole next bank wanted to raise its profile in the Swiss market while highlighting its human, accessible and multilingual positioning.
The goal: invite a wider audience to open an account and, above all, make retirement planning, a topic often seen as complex or dull, approachable in an original, memorable way.
With younger generations turning away from traditional banking talk, the bank wanted a message that felt fresh, relevant and rooted in local culture.
Our approach
Freshmilk designed a multichannel content campaign in French and Swiss German, combining accessibility, humour and education.
At its heart: a series of original videos with Swiss comedians Kiko and Yacine Nemra, playing with clichés to get the key messages about opening an account and retirement planning across.
Shared on social media and amplified by a targeted media campaign, the videos came with content tailored to each channel, landing pages, engaging posts and short formats, in both languages.
The results
The campaign generated strong visibility, especially on social media, where the videos drew high engagement and plenty of positive reactions.
Crédit Agricole next bank stood out on a topic known for being technical by making it concrete, funny and close to everyday life.
Its image grew stronger with a younger, more diverse audience, while its credibility on substantive topics like retirement planning was reinforced.
