Reassure first, then book
Swissdermatology is a dermatology and aesthetics clinic in the heart of Lausanne, offering advanced treatments, particularly for skin cancers, as well as aesthetic care. In 2020 and 2021, we designed and developed its website.
The challenge
Patients often arrive worried: a suspicious mole, a skin problem that won’t go away. Before booking, they want to understand the treatments, feel reassured about the practice and know how quickly they can be seen.
The site had to serve two very different activities, medical dermatology and aesthetics, without mixing them up, and make booking as simple as possible for patients of all ages.
Our approach
We structured the site around two clear entry points, dermatology and aesthetics, each with its treatments, and a dedicated path for new patients. Phone hours, the address and the booking button are always visible.
Online booking is at the heart of the experience, with a patient area to manage appointments and profile. Patient testimonials and the presentation of the practice bring the reassurance that matters so much in healthcare.
The design is clean and calm, with soft colours and plenty of white space, to convey both medical seriousness and the care given to each patient.
What we delivered
A website that reassures patients and leads them to an appointment in a few clicks, with two clearly separated universes, dermatology and aesthetics.
Online booking and a patient area to manage appointments, integrated into the site.
