Freshmilk / Expertise
One team in Geneva for your entire digital presence. From website to video, the same people from brief to launch.
A beautiful interface is good. One people understand is better.
Your visitors decide in a few seconds whether they stay. UX design organises what they need to find and the path to get there; UI design gives it a clear, recognisable and pleasant look. Freshmilk designs the UX/UI of websites and digital products in Geneva, for clients such as Swissdermatology, Morgan Philips, Norion Partners and Frame.
We start from your users, not from a template: who they are, what they come to do and what stops them today. Analytics, search queries and a few conversations with your team or your customers are often enough to see where the journey breaks.
Then we structure: site map, page hierarchy, wireframes and an interactive prototype you can click through before a single line of code is written. That’s when changes cost the least. For Swissdermatology, it meant treatments explained by family and a patient sign-up in three steps.
The UI comes next: typography, colours, components and motion, built as a small design system so that every new page stays consistent. For Morgan Philips, the same system had to work across several services and country sites.
Design and development stay in the same team, so what you validate is what goes online, fast and accessible. See how we then build it as a web agency in Geneva.
People don’t read websites. They scan them.
Let’s design for that. From the first sketch to a design system your team can use.

See the case studyUX (user experience) is the structure and the journey: what users find, in what order and how easily. UI (user interface) is the look: typography, colours, buttons and visuals. A good project designs both together.
Yes. We start with an audit of your current journeys and data, then redesign the pages that matter most, often without changing your technology.
Yes. Design and development are done by the same team, which avoids the gap between the mock-up and the website that goes online.
